At Elianabrie, we are committed to protecting your rights as a consumer in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023 on E-Commerce.
This notice must be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which together form the complete agreement between Elianabrie and the customer.
1. Right to Clear & Transparent Information
You have the right to receive accurate, clear, and non-misleading information before completing a purchase, including:
- Product descriptions, materials, measurements, and care details
- Prices displayed in AED, inclusive of VAT where applicable
- Delivery timelines and shipping limitations
- Return, exchange, and refund conditions
- How your personal data is collected and used
All such information is disclosed on our website prior to checkout.
2. Product Quality & Conformity
You are entitled to receive products that:
- Match their description and agreed specifications
- Are free from manufacturing defects
Please note:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish—especially for handmade or made-to-order items—are inherent to the product and do not constitute defects.
- Measurement tolerances within reasonable industry standards are acceptable.
3. Returns & Exchanges – Ready-to-Wear Items
In strict alignment with our Return & Exchange Policy:
- Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within the stated return period
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by UAE law

4. Made-to-Order Items (Legal Disclosure)
Consistent across our Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy, and this Notice:
- Made-to-order items are produced specifically according to customer selection
- Made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
- An exception applies only if the item:
- Has a manufacturing defect, or
- Does not materially conform to the agreed specifications
By placing a made-to-order purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept these conditions.
5. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a product that is defective or materially different from what was agreed:
- You must notify Elianabrie within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
- We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with UAE law
6. Shipping & Delivery Rights
As outlined in our Shipping Policy:
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by product type and destination
- Delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events are outside Elianabrie’s control
- Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
7. Refunds
Where a refund is approved in accordance with our policies:
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Processing times depend on the payment provider and banking system
- Refunds are completed within a reasonable timeframe, as required by UAE regulations

Elianabrie does not store payment card details.
